A manager needs information to stay on top of events and to be able to make the right decision at the right time. Our aim is to provide this information, from the acknowledgement of the receipt of the claim throughout the claims handling process. At the earliest possible stage, we will provide the broker / client with a plan for how the claim will be processed, who will be involved and what kind of information we need to proceed in the most efficient manner. We will arrange for meetings with all the involved parties, answer outstanding queries, save precious time and establish the necessary contact points. We will keep you updated on the progress of the claim and remain at your disposal for discussions and questions.
We have an established uniform world-wide claims reporting procedure, which means that progress will be reported in the same format, whatever the origin of the claim. Our staff, and ultimately our clients, have access to timely, straightforward information concerning losses reported and handled in remote locations. Our sophisticated internal systems allow the exchange of detailed information between our offices.
